Academy Orientations this past Saturday were built different. All of our youth got their very own NBA Official replica basketball and their "Stay Woke" book. Youth signed their promise forms, and directors introduced themselves and the basics of the program before heading into group basketball drills.
The focus on academic and athletic development will be incorporated through reading discussions from Week 1's assigned readings, mentorship from a surprise guest speaker, and an official basketball skills clinic.
